CrossFit Grunt is open 6 days a week to ensure you have all the time and resources necessary to achieve your health and fitness goals. Below is an outline of what our memberships offer.
Our 4 week memberships (billed fortnightly) include
Limited size classes – we keep our classes small so you get more assistance from our experienced coaches. You won’t get lost in the crowd.
Classes include – warm up and stretching, strength and skill components, a different workout every day, warm down and guidance on recovery techniques - totalling 1 hour.
Individualised scaling options to suit you every class – we work with you at your level

Basic Nutrition advice
Motivation – we keep track of your training and keep you accountable on reaching your goals.
Recommended for new CrossFitters, our Limited Membership includes 12 CrossFit classes per 4 weeks. This works out to be 3 classes a week but you can use them however you like.
Your membership includes programmed workouts, quality coaching with capped class numbers, nutritional suggestions and help whenever you need it.
This is our most popular membership category, providing flexibility for people on the go. You live a busy life, so your membership should reflect your lifestyle.
Our Unlimited membership provides unlimited access to all our CrossFit classes each week including Open gym and yoga, with all the benefits included in the Limited option.
CASUAL DROP IN SESSION
1 X Casual session only.

SHIFT WORK 10 CLASS LIMITED MEMBERSHIP
This membership is recommended for those members who do shift work, or who have family members that do shift work and are unable to attend as regularly. This membership includes 10 classes every 4 weeks.
10 CLASS PASS
This membership option is for those members wanting to attend on a casual basis. The membership includes 10 classes, which are to be used within 6 months.
